Orders & Payments

We accept Paystack, Flutterwave, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. All transactions are fully secured and encrypted. For international orders, we also accept Stripe and PayPal.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order goes into processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at hello@afrosteeze.com if you need to make changes.
Enter your coupon code in the "Coupon Code" field on the cart page before proceeding to checkout. The discount will be applied automatically. Only one coupon can be used per order.
Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and do not store your card details on our servers. All payments are processed through Paystack and Flutterwave — Nigeria's most trusted payment gateways.
Yes! We partner with certain payment providers for "Pay Later" options on orders above ₦50,000. This option will appear at checkout if your order qualifies.

Shipping & Delivery

Lagos & Abuja: 1–3 business days. Other Nigerian cities: 3–5 business days. International orders: 7–14 business days. Express delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Yes! Orders over ₦50,000 qualify for free standard shipping within Nigeria. International orders have a flat shipping rate based on your region. This will be calculated at checkout.
Absolutely. We ship to over 50 countries worldwide including the UK, USA, Canada, France, Germany, South Africa, Ghana, Kenya and more. International duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. Use this number on our Track Order page or on the courier's website to follow your delivery in real time.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Email us at hello@afrosteeze.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions within 24 hours. Please do not return items without our authorisation.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed.
Yes! Size and colour exchanges are easy. Contact us within 30 days and we'll send you your preferred item (subject to availability). The original item must be returned in perfect condition.

Products & Sizing

Check our detailed Size Guide for measurements by category. Each product page also includes specific fit notes. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
Our clothing runs slightly oversized by design. This is intentional — it's part of the AFRO STEEZE aesthetic. Check the size notes on each product page for specific guidance on fit.
Care instructions vary by product and are included on the label. In general: cold wash, gentle cycle, inside out, and air dry. Avoid tumble drying and direct ironing on printed areas. Full care instructions are on each product page.
Some items are restocked, others are permanent drops. Sign up to our newsletter or click "Notify Me" on a sold-out product page and we'll email you the moment it's back in stock.
